I am a thin person .. I am 5ft3 and usually more or less 100 pounds, but I am also really athletic. When I calculate my Body Mass Index it reads that I have a higher percentage of body fat when I am more in shape, although I am certain this can not be accurate. Is there a calculate bmi available that can distinguish what is muscle and what is fat?
Will a BMI calculation tell the difference between muscle and fat?
